Master Site + Landscape Planning
The master site planning to support architecture. The design provided opportunities to enhance the function and ease of connecting interior rooms of single family residence with exterior spaces.
Information Kiosk @ Normandale College
Information kiosk provides a unique interface, harvested from 85% of existing materials stored on college campus. Everything with the exception of computer terminal and fasteners.
Entry Gate Design
Project ‘007’ – formal entry gate design for residential estate. Design included an integral security system and light features that pop from top ornamental features.
University of Minnesota, Department of Forestry
Participation in research study by U of Minnesota to combat invasive buckthorn. Study initiated to restore natural wild habitat and use of native plant growth for new residential communities.
Story Mapping
The project story develops the narrative and becomes a vital way to begin forming the design. The above noted project story represents our design tool in action. It connects values and project meaning with the overall order and structure of the project.
Nature - Park Plan
Landscape design for a new public park, defined by perimeter trees and new meandering natural path. The design transformed a thorn bush infested vacant lot into a place to walk or sit on the permitter of a natural path
