Space Analysis
Planning and analysis of room function and relationships is critical. This early stage of analysis influences the form and its function is better understood.

Program Analysis
Schematic program analysis begins the process of establishing the bones or overall structure of a project. A strategic design entails a wise development of the program.

Massing Study
The program influences the massing of a structure. A study model is utilized to explore how the program will be take shape. As the conceptual design is advanced, the massing model is refined to reflect the program, function, and aesthetics.

Bubble Diagram
The Bublé diagram develops the project to ascertain space, adjacency and functional requirements. This is both a matrix and a diagrammatic planning tool to organize the initial program data

Story Mapping
Each project has its own unique story. The overall form, function and type of project, represents specific requirements. Each element of the project is documented, and this forms a ‘storyboard’. The story must be developed on paper before the design takes its final form. Each story also serves as a map and guides a strategic design.

Under Construction
Under construction, new project coming soon 🙂
