Initial Contact Method?
The best way to reach me prior to starting a project is via my email. Please include a brief description of your project. This is reviewed on a regular basis, and usually responded to with 24 hours.

Where Do We Begin?
Each project is unique and so are the needs of the client. The easiest way to get started is to either give us a call or send us an email delineating your initial questions and project thoughts. I will respond to set up an introductory call or zoom meeting.
Recognizing their are many factors that need to be resolved prior to formally beginning a project, we typically start with a brief introduction to get to know each other. I can also review basic project information and fees before we proceed to the next steps.
How do we help the client?
Our primary focus is to be in alignment with the clients needs. Our foremost goal is to create a good working relationship and serve as a trusted design professional. Each project that we take on represents a commitment to serve the client.
We have created our design studio to utilize the lessons that we have learned from a diverse project portfolio. This experience is built upon serving human beings who live, work, or entertain in the projects we design. And we believe it is developing good workign relationship that lead to the greatest opportunity for project success.
Each Project is its own, no two are alike - Why?
We do Not believe the one size fits all approach works. We provide a one size fits only you approach. Those projects we take on are those projects that serve an individual client.
This is how we best serve the client, We have created a unique systems to serve the client (“the client project book story”) which goes beyond the traditional design practice approach.
What is Strategic Design?
Strategic Design is like creating a roadmap. However Its much more than a map. It begins with a big picture approach and seeks an understanding of the nature of a problem(s). In addition, once identified, the process evolves and develops the detail of the ‘terrain’ (using the analogy of a map), These are unique attributes, from which a program is developed. Our process produces the project story we call “the client project book” , through research, and other explorative and discovery tools, the information, ideas and concepts are translated in a visual way to articulate a solution, No two projects are exactly alike, each is developed individually. This is both an art and a science that establishes a multifaceted criteria and project ‘Arc’, or solution to a problem. Unlike traditional design approaches.
Strategic Design considers a global perspective of the project that begins to shape a project based on multifaceted data and decisions gained along the path, long before it is designed. We have designed our approach to serve as both an organizational tool, and a way in which we create the underlying reason for and foundational principles that drive the design.
Are There Helpful Recommendations Before Starting?
We recommend to potential clients that they explore and understand their design preferences, budget, and scope very early on before any formal design process takes place. This can be daunting, but it’s also a wonderful opportunity to explore and discover whats possible.
In lieu of the many decisions to be made, I encourage potential clients to tap into resources we offer our client here at Arc Castle Studio, and begin with a preliminary consult or “project exploration phase”. These services help our clients with an ordered process that are geared to help them navigate a complicated process in a simple, sequential ordered way,
What steps should I anticipate in developing the project, and how long will it take?
Each project is different, and thats the exciting aspect of our work. We work with each client to develop a clear set of objectives that are based upon their goals and objectives. No two projects are ever the same.
One thing we can tell you is that our process will be unique to your needs. We promise we will never provide a one size fits all or factory like process. We will craft your project story and established the steps to make your dream a reality. .
